Setting the Record Straight

I know it's been a couple months now, but I just wanted to clarify a few things here.

First off, contrary to whatever you may have read, I have not dumped Derek. My 2nd April fools day post was not me. I just reposted something from a reader in the comments that I thought was funny.

Bad idea.

I see that what I find funny may not necessarily be funny to you guys. So I promise never to do that again. Well, at least I promise to fully annotate anything that isn't mine. So there.

Another thing I wanted to make clear is that I am still a fully employed erotic masseuse. What you read here is what really happened lately. It may be a couple weeks old by the time I get around to writing about it, but it's still what really goes on around here. I don't know how many times I've gotten emails from guys wondering if I'm still in The Business.

Which brings me to another topic - I can't see any readers as customers. So guys, please stop asking me if you can make an appointment. You really don't know how much I would appreciate the business! And to have the luxury of actually talking to a reader during session would be soooooo cool. But unfortunately, I have to remain anonymous if I'm going to keep talking about work.

And speaking of remaining anonymous... it's getting harder and harder all the time. At first, the only people who really knew about the blog were me, Cindy, Trina and my techno-nerd Velma. Then as time went by, there were some over zealous readers who got awfully close to figuring out who I am. Then just last week, Trina and her boyfriend were surfing for any references to The Business (yes - she's dating a guy who knows what she does), when he found some interesting stories that sounded awfully familiar...

"Hey Trina, you gotta read this. It sounds just like your work..."

!?

Trina laughed it off, but damn that was close. The last thing I need is Trina getting in trouble from something I said here. Actually, the last thing I need is me getting in trouble, but I'm sure Trina is a close second.

Good luck staying anonymous, if you get found out, at least you know you'll have some clients that will follow you.

How Derek have any idea?

Being anonymous when you use names is tough. I tried that out when I first started blogging but eventually gave it up. People are too crafty. If they want to find you, they will find a way.

Good luck. <3

Yeah, good luck staying anonymous...I couldn't do it.

I think the anonymity is a big part of your allure. I mean, sure, I'd love to book a session with you, but once the mystery was gone I don't know that it would be the same. To the readers you're like a celebrity; you're familiar and we assume you're really cool in real life, but you're also just out of reach and somewhat mysterious. Anyway, when I see a new post from you in Google Reader I can't wait to dig in so I hope you don't give this up anytime soon.

I have a very low profile in real life, just another corporate guy in slacks and a shirt walking down the street or sitting next to you on the bus, and I still worry about being anonymous. If someone who knew me read more than a weeks worth of posts, the parallels between the blog and real life would be very obvious. I'm relying on the idea that none of my close friends are perverts, or, that non of them will admit to being one.

Good luck, and if you need to, drop out for a while, we'd miss you, but real life comes first.

Anonymous is definitely difficult in this day and age. My advice? Write more allegorically/metaphorically...tell us about what happens there and with you, being as specific as you want about yourself, but less so about the other women you work with. Give us the gist of life in your place of employment without the specific details. So, for instance, not long ago you wrote about a former co-worker whose specialty was the butt finish. If you made it the boob/foot/elbow(?) finish, that would tell us what it was like without the specifics that could lead friends/co-workers back to you.

Now a question I'm hoping you can address in a future post. What happens if you go to a massage parlor and are so turned on by the experience that you can't hold back and cum in the first few minutes? I'm one of those guys who, when he's very comfortable with a situation, can take my time, but in a new situation, with a new lover, tend to be pretty fast off the cliff. If I ever manage to work up my nerve to visit a place like yours, I'm worried I'd pop my cork in the first five minutes, then be shown the door. What happens in that circumstance?

So really... How do I go about scheduling a session with you? I will stay anonymous to and call myself Fred. And while we're at it can we get Maude in there for a double?

I have already found out who CJ is but it took a long while. Obviously not saying anything though

Every once in a while, a reader will say something in the comments that's uncomfortably close. In those cases, I've deleted stuff immediately. But most of the "guesses" about me I have found hilarious.

One of the more clever tricks to find me have been from guys posing as reporters/producers/etc. I need to do a post on that sometime. The lengths some guys will go to...

Anon,
Finishing prematurely is not a big deal. A session is a session, and just because you finish in five minutes doesn't mean I can throw you out the door. I figure it's just another 40 minutes I have to get you back in the mood. But either way, when it's time for the happy ending, I'll give it a good try. You'd be surprised at how quickly you can recover.

2nd to last Anon,
With Maude huh? She's actually been asked about a few times. Go figure.

I get your humor! But then I've been reading all your posts for a long time....

Also, YES, you have a very popular blog, one that can reasonably be turned into a book. So, if you enter into publication, you may have to rethink your anonymity strategy, for sure.

CJ, thank you so much! I spent the day yesterday reading a bunch of your posts because I had set up my first ever appointment for this morning. Although I was understandably shaking like a leaf and stumbling over some of my words when I arrived, I absolutely followed all of your rules. I didn't bring up happy endings at all and waited for her to broach the subject. Got a hand release as a newbie and I couldn't be more thankful. You rock!

This is the internet and some readers are stupid. Feel free to use your humor for the rest of us.

I spent the bulk of three days internet sleuthing trying to figure out where you work once. I'm pretty certain it's one of two places. I'm actually like 80% on one and 20% on the other. But it's a few hours drive to your area so it will be a while before I get around to following up and seeing if I'm right! If I am, I'm going for topless followed by butt release ;)

Just found this blog. Wonderful, Nice writing, too.

Sad to say, one day you will be outed. That's the price of fame. I hope it isn't for a long, long time. Best of luck.

Hi CJ:

I'm the one who posted the question about finishing too fast. Thanks for the encouragement. I hope that when I do work up the nerve, whoever I end up with is like you. Around here, all the places are AMPs, so there's no chance I'm going to one of them.

Well I hope you continue to stay Anonymous since I just came across your blog and I love it.

I'm always enthralled with the ins and outs of many forms of "Adult Entertainment," and the likes. I'm a curious girl and I don't judge.
